
Brisbane’s favourite outdoor workout series, the Feel Good Program, had made its much-awaited spring return.
From 27 September to 29 November, Brissy locals can sweat, stretch and strengthen with 13 free exercise classes every week, each led by expert Goodlife Health Club trainers – no registration required!
The program features a jam-packed lineup of Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Body Combat and Aqua classes, designed for all ages and fitness levels. To sweeten the deal, class-goers can enjoy complimentary coffee every Saturday.
This season, participants can also go into the draw to win the ultimate wellness staycay prize pack, including a stay at Emporium Hotel, a $150 dining voucher and a 6-month Platinum membership to Goodlife Health Clubs.
For those needing a little extra motivation to make it to an early morning class, South Bank's car park is making it easier with $3 parking between 5am and 9am, so participants can focus on their workout, not their commute.
